I’ve teamed up with SheaMoisture to tell you about their amazing Superfruit Complex 10-IN-1 Renewal System. It’s no secret that I take especially good care of my hair. Since it’s usually one of the first things someone notices about me, I like to make an effort in keeping it healthy and vibrant. I try to avoid putting harsh chemicals in my hair since I do highlight it, so when SheaMoisture introduced their new line, I was so excited to try it. Made with organic shea butter and other ingredient like goji and acai it naturally renews the vibrancy of dull over heated hair.

The first time I tried it, I was so surprised as to how silky and soft my hair was. It felt like it had given my hair a shock of some sort, a good one of course! The hair masque was absoultely my favorite as it really moisturized my dry ends that were over-processed from bleaching — I instantly noticed a difference!

Hope you give the Shea Moisture Superfruit complex a try for yourself. For detailed information on each product visit their info page here.

Winter Pastels

Dusty Blue Intermix Coat (on sale!) | White JBrand Jeans | Rag & Bone Scarf | Chloe Drew Bag | Silk Theory Top | Ray Ban Aviators | Nude Zara Pumps (similar or these)

Winter pastels are a fresh alternative when it comes to dressing in cooler temperatures. For me, pastel shades are instant mood lifter to combat the cold. This dusty blue coat from Intermix is a recent purchase I got on super sale (at such a steal)! I paired it with my favorite white jeans and a classic nude pump (this pump is on my wishlist). I’m also loving light pink coats this winter that would also look great with this look.

If you’re on the east coast with some blizzard action – stay safe out there!

The last few weeks have been so busy, as we have finalized some of the most important plans for our wedding. For starters we have chosen our venue (in Napa!) and now have a much better idea of the style dress I want after a few bridal boutique experiences. We have been a little late to the game with planning, as we have fully enjoyed our time being engaged but now it’s time to start getting serious. Below are some of my inspirations for our wedding and I will continue to share little tidbits as we finalize details along the way. With only a few months away, we are so excited and I know it will be here much quicker than I can imagine.

Be sure to visit my wedding Pinterest board here for regular updates. Also, if you have any suggestions for video, floral, or photography please send them my way. Have a wonderful weekend!

New Year, New Skin + Giveaway!

January 16, 2015

When it comes to taking care of my skin, I make it a top priority. I’ve always been proactive and do my best to prevent wrinkles and sunspots in any way I can. I’m pretty religious about wearing under eye cream (this one to be exact) and get facials done as often as I can.
